Carl Sutherwood Photography is a collection of photos which have been captured over the years, with some of the best work placed on this site. Each photo taken is processed individually to give your experience the best and most unique look possible. Unlike many photographers, we don't just specialise in one specific style. We are prepared to cover a wider variety of photography styles, some of which can be seen in our gallery.

About Carl Sutherwood

Carl Sutherwood is an avid and enthusiastic individual, born in Knighton mid-Wales, raised in Weston-super-Mare and currently residing in Cardiff, South Wales. In his spare time he likes to experiment with electric guitar playing, mess around with the whole Facebook phenomena, and relax with a bit of Xbox360! He recently opened up his own sculpting/hobby business known as "Grekwood Miniatures".

His other keen interest which plays a large part of his life is photography. Intrigued by SLR cameras he decided to purchase one to see what all the fuss was about, and he was amazed. What had started as a small hobby had now turned into an expensive one. His current choice of equipment consists of a Nikon D300 along with numerous lenses.

In 2010, Carl completed a HND in Business IT and recently in 2011 achieved a 1st class honours degree in BSc (Hons) Business Information Systems - Multimedia. He has undertaken numerous amount of work for the University of Wales Institute Cardiff, all of which has been published in the university paper "The Retro". He has also sold many prints of his photographs across Europe. Carl also runs a sculpting business called "Grekwood Miniatures".
